El 2007 ha sido un año importante. Un año de consolidación . Un año de crecimiento personal. Digo esto, porque con el transcurrir del año hemos ido probando una cantidad importante de vinos , y ya podemos decir casi con seguridad, cuales son nuestros gustos... problema: son vinos tan irrepetibles que es probable que no los podamos volver a beber.
Paso a relataros cuales son nuestros favoritos del 2007:
.- Champagne. INITIAL. De Jacques Selosse.
.- Champagne .Millésime 1996. De Pascal Doquet.
.- Jasnières. Calligramme 2004. Domaine de Bellière. Eric Nicolas.
.- Bourgogne. Santenay 2004. Les Hâtes. De René Lequín Collín.
Si veis una botella de estos vinos, no la dejéis escapar. No os importe gastar el dinero en ellos, trae a cuenta. Son irrepetibles. El año que viene habrá un Calligramme, pero no será el mismo, puede ser mejor o peor, en todo caso, será diferente.

Answering your question: no I don´t drink this wines every day. During the week I work in Vitoria and, at weekends, we go to the coast; to a small village that is called Somo. Somo is in the bay of Santander. We buy this wines in Santander. In Somo we have time to taste carefullly this wines. All goes more slowly near the sea...
